I am Sheilly. Pronounced Shell-y. For the longest time I believed that the I in my name stood for India, but later I found out it was because my dad misspelled my name on my birth certificate.
I am a college student at Stony Brook University on Long Island, but I hail from Concord, New Hampshire. I'm studying Bioengineering and German Language here.
Iced Peppermint Mocha is my first official blog, however I'm no stranger to posting online. As an avid Livejournal user for the past seven years, I've decided to broaden my horizon and commit to this blog on a grander scale. To be completely honest, this blog started as a project for an upper division writing course. I wanted to study the appeal of blogging and the blogging community. Anyway, that's going off topic, Iced Peppermint Mocha was created to celebrate the simpler things in my life, and to share it with you all. It is about the things that inspire me, the things that I love, the things that I want to learn more about, and so much more.
I hope you enjoy reading this blog, just as much as I love creating it.
